Villa Sasha with swimming pool is located in the northeast of Sardinia, close to the beach Cala dei Ginepri and the fashionable resort of Porto Cervo. The villa is surrounded by greenery and is in a quiet location.
The Position
Villa Sasha with its beautiful private swimming pool is located in a private and quiet position in the north-east of Sardinia, between Cannigione and Baia Sardinia and only 250 m from the beach Cala Dei Ginepri.The villa is open all year round and is part of a residential complex with villas and houses, some of which have a private pool.
The famous resort Porto Cervo with its beautiful marina and the many boutiques of the most famous fashion brands is only 11 km away and can be reached quickly by car.
The garden area
Stairs lead up from the private parking area to the rectangular swimming pool, which is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.Surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawns, the villa is situated above the pool area.
The villa
In front of the entrance to the villa is an outdoor area furnished with table and chairs.Upon entering we find a 1st living room with dining area and sofa corner with large windows overlooking the garden.
Next to the well-equipped kitchen is a 2nd living room with a red sofa and armchairs, large French doors lead to the rear garden area.
The adjoining sleeping area has 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with bunk beds) and 3 bathrooms with showers.
The villa is elegantly and comfortably furnished in an individual style.
