The luxury Villa Serena Mare, with garden and direct access to the beach, is situated in the north-east of Sardinia, in between Olbia and San Teodoro. The position is unique and the villa offers amazing sea-views.The Lu Impostu beach is about 500 m away.
The outdoor area of Villa Serena Mare
The exclusive villa is surrounded by a well-kept and lawned garden (approx. 6.000 sqm) with mediterranean trees and bushes. The little sandy bay is only 20 meters away.There are sunbeds, deck chairs and sun shades, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
The spacious and covered veranda on the 1st floor is equiiped with table and chairs and a nice sitting area to enjoy the amazing sea-views and the Tavolara and Molara islands.

Inside Villa Serena Mare
The two-storeyed villa has a living area of about 250 sqm and offers every comfort for relaxing holidays in Sardinia. The furniture is modern and tasteful, and the kitchen fully equipped.The villa is tastefully decorated with parquet floors and large windows, modern furniture in subtle colors creating an elegant ambience.
1st floor: From the veranda you enter main level with large living-dining area with sofa, dining table with chairs and a modern open kitchen. This levels features also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Ground floor: A staircase leads from the living area to the ground level with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower. Some of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
