Villa Stazzo, with its private swimming pool, is situated in the north-east of Sardinia, near Arzachena, with access from the main road leading from Arzachena to the numerous beaches in the area, Cannigione and Baja Sardinia, which are only 10 km away, and services such as restaurants and shops.Strategically located about 50 km from Olbia International Airport, this villa represents the perfect balance between accessibility and privacy, offering a stay surrounded by the natural beauty typical of Gallura.
The Villa
The villa is set in a plot of approximately 1.5 hectares, with beautiful views over the surrounding hilly Mediterranean countryside.There is off-road parking for up to three cars at the entrance to the property.
The swimming pool (12 m x 6 m with a minimum depth of 140 cm and a maximum depth of 180 cm) has a sun terrace.
The villa consists of two buildings: the main villa and a charming detached stone guest house.
Upon entering the main villa, guests are greeted by an open plan living area with high wooden ceilings and a kitchen with modern appliances including a large fridge, double oven and dishwasher.
A hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and 1 with two single beds that can be converted in a double bed.
One of the double bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
There are 2 further bathrooms with shower, one of which has a washing machine.
The separate guesthouse serves as an intimate, self-contained suite with a cosy bedroom, bathroom with shower and sauna.
