The charming Villa Stazzu Gli Ulivi is situated in the north-east of Arzachena, about 3 km from the sea.

By car it is only a few minutes to Cannigione, San Pantaleo or Porto Cervo, the centre and port of the Emerald Coast.

Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are also close by.

Sailboats, motorboats, bicycles and motorbikes can be rented in the harbour of Cannigione.

The Villa

The villa is reached by a private road for the last 2 km.

Due to its hilly location in the middle of a wide, partly rocky landscape with typical Sardinian vegetation, you can enjoy a wide view of the surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance.

The house is set in a large fenced plot with old cork oaks, olive trees, juniper bushes and fragrant Mediterranean scrub.

The pool is located below the villa and offers several sun loungers for relaxing.

There are various seating areas in the spacious garden to take full advantage of the views, tranquillity and privacy of this charming villa.

In front of the villa there is a covered veranda with dining table and chairs and an outdoor granite kitchen with fireplace and barbecue.

The villa itself has a living area of approximately 180 square metres on 2 floors and can accommodate 6 people, 1 baby and 1 toddler up to 6 years old.

From the covered veranda you enter the living room with fireplace and large windows and the open plan kitchen.

Above the large living area, a small staircase leads up to the gallery, which offers a private retreat with a sofa and reading chair.

At the rear of the house are the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Inside the house, a stone staircase leads to the basement, the laundry room and the spacious apartment with kitchenette, dining area, double bed and bathroom with shower.

The apartment has a partially covered terrace and its own exit to the garden
