Villa Sunny with its beautiful pool is located in the popular seaside resort of Chia in southern Sardinia.The nearest beach is about 1,000 m away.
The village of Chia offers several bars, restaurants, supermarkets.
The place is also known for the many fresh vegetable and fruit stalls on the main street, where you can find the tasty figs and more delicatessen directly from the local producers.
The beaches in Chia have free access, but there are also some possibilities for a beach service with supplement.
The Villa
From the veranda and the garden of the villa you have a wonderful view of the lagoon with its flamingos, the white sandy beaches and the dunes, the azure sea and the green golf course of the Chia Laguna Resort.A well-kept lawned garden surrounds the villa.
The private freshwater swimming pool fits well into the slightly hilly area.
The veranda is furnished with table and chairs and a sitting area to enjoy the wide panoramic view: the perfect location for your breakfast, aperitif or dinner al fresco.
The modern villa, furnished in warm, light colors, has a living space of approx. 185 square meters and extends over two levels, each with its own entrance but connected by an outside staircase.
Due to this distribution, there are 2 living areas in this villa with their own privacy, ideal for receiving guests or for families.
On the first level at pool level there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (which can also be set up as single beds), 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a living area (with a sofa bed for 2 people), a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen.
The upper level, which can also be reached via the outside staircase, offers a large living room with fireplace and sofa and 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 private bathroom with shower.
There is also another multifunctional room that can also be used as another bedroom, as it is equipped with a sofa bed and another bathroom with shower.
