The modern and tastefully decorated VillasTuvara 5M, with private pool, are located in Costa Rei, in the south east of Sardinia, at 600 mt from the sea in a small residential area with about 30 houses and a 4 **** star hotel.The resort of Costa Rei - Monte Nai is at 4 Km and the airport of Cagliari, the island’s capital, at 70 Km away. In Monte Nai there are a variety of shops for everyday shopping, bars and restaurants and especially in the summer months there are a lot of activities for adults and children.
On the long and beautiful sandy beaches chairs and umbrellas can be rented.
The villa
The two-storey villas are surrounded by a landscaped garden with lawns and Mediterranean vegetation. The pool is located at the ground level and in front of the villa.Outside, on the ground and at the first floor, there are several covered verandas with elegant and comfortable garden furniture . There is a fixed barbecue for outdoor cooking.
The Villas Tuvara 5M have a surface of 220 sqm and are elegantly decorated in white with modern furnitures.

The villa offers on the ground floor a spacious living room with dining are, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with matrimonial bed (the room has no direct light, it overlooks a small shaft from which it gets the lighting) and 1 bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor there are 4 other bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 with single bed and extra pull-out bed) and 3 bathrooms with shower.
Villa Tuvara 5ME
The ground floor features a spacious and bright living area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area complete with a large table and chairs. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a small guest bathroom serving the living area.
The first floor is the sleeping area with four bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and two other double bedrooms with
a shared external bathroom with shower.
