The city center of Alghero is around 13 km from the estate and the nearest sandy beach at Fertilia is around 7 km.
For small purchases for daily needs, there is a small supermarket in Guardia Grande about 1.5 km away.
The villa is ideal for friends and families, for relaxing holidays in an elegant setting to explore as best the beauties of Sardinia.

Villa Ulivo was obtained from the careful restoration of the existing farm house on the estate.
Surrounded by 30 acres of olive groves, it offers a spacious and covered veranda next to the exclusive swimming pool, equipped with loungers and parasols.
