The position
The amazing and modernly furnished design villa Zelinda with pool is located in southern Sardinia, in the hills of the well-known holiday resort of Chia and a good 500 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach.The town of Chia offers supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and sun loungers and parasols can be hired on the long sandy beaches.
In Pula there are more shops.

The minimalist Villa Zelinda was designed by architect Gabriel Bertossa and actually consists of 3 almost independent units.The use of the garden and the rectangular pool with loungers and parasols is shared.

Villa Zelinda
The contemporary Villa Zelinda was designed by architect Gabriel Bertossa and actually consists of 3 almost independent units.The two larger units (A, C) each offer four bedrooms (double and twin) with ensuite shower room, while the smaller unit (B) has a double bedroom and shower room.
In total, Villa Zelinda offers 9 bedrooms for up to 18 people.
Unit A and C
These two units are almost identical and have a spacious living and dining room with direct access to the covered porch through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and fully equipped kitchens.Each unit has two levels.
Each unit has three double bedrooms with ensuite shower room on the ground floor and a fourth double bedroom, a fourth bathroom and a laundry room on the lower floor.
Unit A has a zen garden at the back.
Unit B
As the smallest unit, this is between A and C and has a spacious living and dining room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with bathroom and also with direct access to the terrace and garden.In short
