The Position of the Capriccioli Villas
The three holiday accommodations Villa Padronale, Casa Terrazza and Casa Pietra are situated in the heart of the famous Emerald Coast in northern Sardinia.The beach of Capriccioli is about 150 m away and can be easily reached on foot via a small path that leads through the Mediterranean green.
We recommend to visit holiday destinations like Porto Cervo, Liscia di Vacca, Capriccioli and Cala di Volpe and to explore the beauties of north Sardinia.
Olbia with its international airport and port is approx. 27 km away.
The Outdoor Area of the Capriccioli Villas
The villas are surrounded by a spacious and well-tended garden with granite rocks and fragrant Mediterranean maquis with juniper and myrtle trees.Each accommodation has its own private outdoor area with table and chairs, loungers and a barbecue.
The villas share a beautiful pool with sun beds and umbrellas.
There is a covered parking space for each accommodation on the property.

Inside Villa Padronale
Villa Padronale is suitable for 6 persons.The semi-detached holiday house has an open and spacious living-dining room, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with full-size bed (1,50 m), a third one with a low loft and two single beds (one of them a pull-out one), a second bathroom with shower and a laundry with washing machine.
On the rear side of the villa is a barbecue area (30 sqm) equipped with table and benches.
NEW in 2022: roof top terrace with sea views.

This semi-detached house has on the roof a panoramic terrace equipped with table and seats, parasol and deck chairs (renovated in 2021).
