The five modern Dolce Vita Villas with private pool and a lot of privacy are situated in the north-east of Sardinia, near to the sea and the beautiful Emerald coast. You can choose between villas with 3 and up to 6 bedrooms.

The position

The Dolce Vita Villas, 5 modern and spacious villas with private pool and sea views over the Gulf of Cappricioli in the north east of Sardinia, are located in a quiet position on a hill in the village of Abbiadori just 4,000 meters from the sea and about 6 km from Porto Cervo and the famous Emerald Coast.

The villas are part of a small complex of silimilar estates set on a hill, each one with its own swimming pool and a manicured garden.

From the villas you can walk (about 500m away) to the small shopping center with various services such as newsagents, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.

Abbiadori is a fraction of the municipality of Arzachena in the province of Olbia-Tempio and only a few kilometers away from Porto Cervo, the undisputed "centre" of the famous Emerald Coast.

Nearby is the beautiful Pevero Golf Club which is located a few kilometers away and can be quickly reached by car.

The Villas

The Dolce Vita are spacious villas on two or three floors in a quiet and independent location, elegantly and comfortably furnished.

Being located on a hill, the entrance is located at the back of the villas, going down an external staircase from the parking lot and crossing a corridor.

Outside and towards the sea there is a private swimming pool with solarium and a covered veranda furnished with a dining area and sitting area.
