White Pearl

The position

White Pearl is a very comfortable and tastefully furnished villa with a rectangular pool and extensive sea views in the north of Sardinia.

The villa is part of the exclusive Portobello di Gallura residential park with 24-hour surveillance, accessible only to owners or tenants of two reception areas.

The approximately 300 villas have been built in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature on an area of over 100 hectares amidst lush Mediterranean maquis and pine trees bent by the wind.

The park stretches for 3 km along the varied coastline with sandy coves, cliff beaches and a crystal clear sea.

The beautiful beaches in the area are: Baia dell'Amore, Baia dell'Uomo, Lu Culumbu Beach, Pink Beach, Surveyor's Beach and Agnata Beach.

In Portobello you will find a supermarket open all year round, a restaurant with pizzeria and bar, a small children's playground, a marina for mooring boats up to 7-8 metres long, a tennis court (by reservation) and a football pitch.

The garden

Villa White Pearl is situated on a terraced plot of about 3,500 square metres, and the wild and romantic garden consists of oak and olive trees and a dense and fragrant Mediterranean maquis.

A small white-painted wooden bridge leads to the lower part of the villa and the partially covered veranda with a seating area and tables with chairs.

Next to an old olive tree there is a second resting area, which is always furnished with an inviting sitting area.

From the veranda, stairs lead down to the private rectangular swimming pool, which is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

The upper part also has covered and furnished verandas with sitting area and tables and chairs and a nice barbecue area.

The Villa

The impressive property consists of 2 villas with a living area of approx. 260 sqm on several levels, connected by an internal staircase.

Villa 1 is rented out for up to 12 people, from 13 to 20 people then Villa 1 and 2 together.

The interior of the villa is very tasteful and inviting, each room is individually decorated with great attention to detail.

White Pearl Villa 1 - 6 bedrooms

This villa area is located in the lower part of the property and directly above the swimming pool.

This villa has a total of 4 living levels.

The ground floor has a large living room, a TV area with fireplace, a modern kitchen and a 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower (there is also a guest toilet and the laundry room on this level).

On the first floor we find the second sleeping area with 2 elegant double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and a large panoramic terrace with a lounge and sea views.

On the lower floor, with a separate entrance and at pool level, there is a third sleeping area consisting of 2 more bedrooms (one double and one with single beds), both with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Approximately 20 m from villa 1 there is a dependence with a 6th bedroom and 6th bathroom (for larger children or adults).

White Pearl Villa 2 - 4 Bedrooms

The newer part, also on several levels, is located in the upper part of the property and is accessible via an internal staircase from the 1st floor of Villa White Pearl 1.

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms (two doubles, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The living area has a bright living room with comfortable sofas, a dining room and a modern kitchen with an outdoor area with pantry, double fridges and laundry room.

From the living and dining room there is direct access to the sea view veranda and barbecue area.

From here an external staircase leads to the second upper entrance and parking spaces.
