The location on Lungomare Genova is one of the main highlights of Perlina sul Mare. The sea is right in front of the apartment, while the sandy Sottotorre Beach is approximately 600 metres away and can easily be reached on foot.

Calasetta is a pleasant seaside town at the north-western tip of Sant’Antioco, with a small centre, restaurants, cafés and local services. Several beaches and coves can be found nearby, including Spiaggia Grande, known for its light-coloured sand, crystal-clear water and beautiful Mediterranean vegetation.

The location is also ideal for exploring the area and enjoying the sea in different ways. Boat trips, RIB excursions, sailing trips, snorkelling and diving are all available in the area. From Calasetta, you can also take a trip to the nearby island of San Pietro and the charming town of Carloforte, making it a great destination for a day excursion.
