Brezza di Mare Holiday House is situated in southern Sardinia on the scenic coastal road from Cagliari to Villasimius, in a privileged seafront location with beautiful views over the Golfo degli Angeli.The house is part of a large property shared with another house, surrounded by tall pine trees that provide pleasant natural shade, especially during the summer months.
The absolute highlight: direct access to the small sandy beach just below the house and the lovely garden area!
Perfect for relaxing
On the spacious seafront property, located in a small bathing bay, there are two whitewashed two-storey houses, each divided into two semi-detached units, surrounded by pine trees, palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation.Brezza di Mare is one of these semi-detached units, with a separate entrance at the back and a covered veranda facing the sea at the front. The house includes a private garden area reserved exclusively for guests (the large pergola directly by the sea belongs to the other house and is reserved for its occupants).
The holiday house is generally rented outside the main season (until mid-July and from September onwards), when the other residents are usually absent or only present on weekends.
At the front of the house there is a private outdoor area with a covered veranda and a pergola furnished with a dining table and chairs. There is also a small seating area, perfect for enjoying the stunning sunsets in the evening.
Inside, the comfortable holiday home offers on the ground floor a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a living room with dining area and sofa corner, as well as a bathroom with a modern shower. The living room is air-conditioned. There is no TV
A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with two single beds — as well as a second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have access to a large sea-facing veranda with table and chairs, surrounded by shady pine trees. The air conditioning unit is located in the small hallway adjacent to the bedrooms.
Parking is conveniently available at the back of the house.
The holiday house is perfect for a couple or a family with children who are not too young, looking to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday in southern Sardinia.
Excursions & activities
Nearby is the Marina di Capitana marina, where small motorboats can also be rented to explore the coastline from the sea.The dream beaches of Torre delle Stelle and Villasimius can be reached quickly by car. A trip inland is also highly recommended, especially to visit the famous Nuraghe Su Nuraxi in Barumini.
The city of Cagliari, with its many sights, shopping streets, bars and restaurants, can be reached in approximately 25 minutes by car.
