Position of Home Elea
The recently renovated and modernly furnished holiday home Elea is located in the south of Sardinia, between the island's capital Cagliari and the well-known holiday destination Villasimius.The holiday home makes part to the community of Geremeas, which consists of many similar houses, some of them also let for vacation or used by their owners from Cagliari, especially in summer.
It is only 600 m to the next sandy beach. In summer you can also rent umbrellas and loungers (with supplement)
There are other amazing and child-friendly beaches to discover driving to Villasimius and Costa Rei.
Outdoor area
Elea is surrounded on three sides by a private garden with an area of about 400 sqm.The house has a spacious veranda with a dining table and 6 chairs and a cozy sitting area with a sofa, armchairs and a table.
There is a barbecue and an outdoor shower, as well as parking spaces for motorcycles inside the property.
There are two parking spaces available for guests on the street in front of the house.

The modernized holiday home has a living area of approx. 50 sqm and is tastefully furnished.The living area offers a modern kitchenette, a dining table with four chairs and a sofa bed in front of the smart TV.
There are two bedrooms (each with two twin beds that can be put together to form a double bed) and two modern bathrooms with floor shower.
