The Porto Luna 2 holiday home, with its large garden, is located near Villasimius in southeastern Sardinia, approximately 600 meters from the Porto Luna cove. With two bedrooms and a bathroom, it is ideal for couples and small families.
Is the holiday home close to the beach?
The modern holiday home Porto Luna 2, furnished in bright and welcoming colours, is located in the southeast of Sardinia, close to the well-known holiday resort of Villasimius and approximately 600 metres from the Porto Luna beach cove.The centre of Villasimius, with its many services, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 3 km away and can be reached quickly by car.
Cagliari Airport is approximately 60 km away.
Holiday home near Villasimius
Porto Luna 2 is situated in a small residential area on the hillside above the beach cove of the same name and is surrounded by similar houses, mainly semi-detached houses and terraced houses.Above the house there is a private parking area covered with reed roofing. From here, a few stone steps lead down to the garden and the house entrance.
The two-level garden is surrounded by hedges that provide privacy. A practical outdoor shower allows guests to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. While the upper area features a real lawn, the lower barbecue area is covered with artificial grass for practical reasons.
In front of the house there is a covered veranda furnished with a table and chairs, while two sun loungers invite guests to relax outdoors.
The interior offers around 80 m² of living space distributed over three levels.
- Grund floor: From the veranda, guests enter the bright and spacious living area with high ceilings, a sofa in front of the Smart TV, and a fireplace. The adjoining modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table with chairs. The two overlapping windows, a characteristic feature of the room, provide natural light and ventilation for the bedrooms.
- A staircase leads from the living area to the first floor, where there is an open-plan bedroom (without a door) with a double bed and a bathroom with washbasin and WC. The window of this room opens onto the living area.
- From the living room, another staircase leads down to the lower floor, where there is the smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (perfect for two children or one adult) and a complete bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. Here too, the window facing the living area provides natural light and ventilation.
