Maladroxia is a detached vacation rental on the penisola Sant'Antioco in the south-west of Sardinia amidst a wild garden and only 200 m from the next sandy beach. The simple equipped house is a good place for relaxing beach holidays for families and couples who want to have some privacy.
The position
The detached villa Maladroxia, situated hill side and surrounded by a lot of green, is located on the peninsula of Sant'Antioco at the south western tip of Sardinia.The next beach is about 200 m away and easily reachable also on foot.
The peninsula is linked by a road bridge with the main island and can be reached easily by car in approx. 80 minutes from the airport of Cagliari.
The community of Maladroxia, where the villa is located, offers especially in summer the basic services.
More shops, markets, restaurants, banks and petrol stations are at Sant Antioco about 9 km away from the accommodation.
Accommodation
The small detached villa with a living area of 55 m2 can accommodate up to six persons and is surrounded by a well-kept garden.The spacious and covered veranda is equipped with table and seats for dining al fresco and relaxing outside. There is also a barbecue at guests disposal.
The villa offers one living room with dining area and kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds and one bathroom with WC and shower.
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two other people.
