The Holiday House is located in Maladroxia, a small seaside location on the island of Sant’Antioco, in south-western Sardinia. Set in a quiet location, the house offers pleasant sea views and is an ideal base for discovering the island’s beaches and landscapes.

The town of Sant’Antioco is easily reachable by car and offers shops, restaurants, bars, services and a pleasant seafront promenade. Maladroxia is particularly known for its beautiful sandy beach and clear waters, making it a lovely destination for a relaxing seaside holiday.

The Holiday Home

The detached holiday house offers approximately 150 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Arranged over two levels, it is particularly suitable for families or friends travelling together who appreciate generous living spaces and privacy.

The spacious living area with dining area and area realx opens onto a large panoramic terrace with sea views. The terrace is ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors, having meals together or relaxing in the evening while taking in the view.

The functional kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster.

The house has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower are located on the first level.
The upper level features two further double bedrooms (each with the possibility of a 3rd bed), both with sea views, as well as a second bathroom with shower.

Another highlight is the private garden of approximately 300 m², with a lawn area, built-in barbecue and outdoor shower. The outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals or time together in the open air. The house is also naturally well ventilated thanks to its position and orientation.
