Villa Solemare features a large private garden offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The furnished loggia is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside, as well as for relaxing moments during the day.

A built-in BBQ area is located next to the kitchen and is perfect for enjoying informal meals and convivial evenings outdoors.

The property also offers two private parking spaces within the grounds.

A private path through the Mediterranean vegetation leads directly to the rocky coastline of Genn’e Mari, providing convenient and private access to the sea.

Interiors

The spacious and bright villa extends over two levels and features a functional and welcoming interior.

The raised ground floor includes the main kitchen, a second kitchenette, a dining area and a twin bedroom.

The lower-ground floor features three double bedrooms. One bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The other two double bedrooms each have a private bathroom located outside the bedroom, both equipped with a bathtub.

Practical Information
