The S'Arena Beach Oasis Hotel is located in a quiet and privileged position on the east coast, just 350 m from the sandy beach of La Caletta and about one kilometre from the village of the same name.San Teodoro can be reached in about 20 minutes by car and the Costa Smeralda in less than an hour.

A deposit is required for the service, which will be fully refunded upon return of the beach towels.

- No cancellation fees from the time of booking up to 16 days prior arrival date
- 50% of the rental price from 15 to 10 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 9 days prior arrival date to no-show
